We are seeking an experienced and seasoned Staff Product Manager to lead Agency Product Innovation. In this strategic role, you will spearhead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our agency-focused products. This unique opportunity allows you to work across the entire Pinterest Ads stack—encompassing planning, buying, and measurement—to deliver impactful products and solutions that drive significant top line growth for Pinterest.

What you'll do:

  • Define and execute the product vision and long-term roadmap for Pinterest Trends & Insights (e.g., trends.pinterest.com, partner APIs, and in-product analytics).

  • Partner with Eng and Data Science to leverage AI for surfacing emerging trends, predicting shifts in user behavior, and generating personalized, actionable insights for Pinterest’s largest advertisers and agencies.

  • Champion the integration of AI-driven methodologies—such as LLMs,RAG, or advanced forecasting models—to improve the accuracy, relevance, and impact of the Trends & Insights product.

  • Work closely with engineering, data science, design, and go-to-market teams to launch impactful features and scalable solutions.

  • Deeply understand the needs of creators, advertisers, and partners, delivering actionable trends and insights that power their innovation and business growth.

  • Leverage user research, usability testing, and data analysis to iterate and validate concepts, with a relentless focus on real-world value and measurable impact.

  • Evangelize the Trends & Insights vision internally and externally, building alignment across executive leadership and key stakeholders.

What we’re looking for:

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record of delivering data-rich insights, analytics, or trends platforms within B2B products.

  • Demonstrated experience working with AI-driven products, data science, and/or machine learning-powered solutions—especially those that extract, summarize, or forecast trends at scale.

  • Passion for leveraging AI to enhance advertiser, and partner experiences; ability to partner seamlessly with technical leaders to define and ship AI-first features.

  • Experience working with API products and external developer/partner ecosystems.

  • Deep empathy for users and a passion for helping businesses and creators succeed with actionable insights.

  • Ability to synthesize complex technical and market information for diverse audiences, including executive stakeholders and engineers.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and cross-functional leadership skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Relocation Statement:

  • This position is not eligible for relocation assistance. Visit our PinFlex page to learn more about our working model.

In-Office Requirement Statement:

  • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.

  • This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times/quarter and therefore can be situated anywhere in the country.
