Staff Product Manager - Agency Product
We are seeking an experienced and seasoned Staff Product Manager to lead Agency Product Innovation. In this strategic role, you will spearhead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our agency-focused products. This unique opportunity allows you to work across the entire Pinterest Ads stack—encompassing planning, buying, and measurement—to deliver impactful products and solutions that drive significant top line growth for Pinterest.
What you'll do:
Strategic Product Vision and Innovation:
Design and champion a forward-looking product strategy that leverages the Pinterest Ads stack, driving agency product innovation through planning, buying, and measurement capabilities.
Identify pioneering opportunities and direct product innovation with a keen understanding of the agency landscape.
Agency Engagement and Advocacy:
Serve as an advocate for agency clients, ensuring products meet their needs across all stages of the ads lifecycle.
Engage regularly with agencies and advertisers to gain insights and validate innovative product concepts.
Comprehensive Market Research:
Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to explore opportunities and bridge gaps in our agency product offerings.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements that drive agency innovation.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Lead collaboration with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive product prioritization and alignment.
Foster an innovative and collaborative team culture, achieving excellence throughout the product development process.
End-to-End Product Lifecycle Management:
Oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery from concept to launch.
Data-Driven Performance Analysis:
Define, monitor, and analyze performance metrics to evaluate product success and highlight areas for improvement.
Leverage data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and prioritize innovative features.
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
Proven experience (8+ years) as a seasoned Product Manager, in an Ad-tech company with breadth and/or depth across Plan, Buy and Measure products and solutions.
Experience in product partnerships focused on data sharing integrations.
Exceptional cross functional skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders and drive alignment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
