As a Staff Designer, you'll operate as a strategic design leader, shaping experiences across our digital products, mentoring designers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product excellence. You’ll work across the full product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery, and champion user-centered design at every step.

Key Responsabilities

Design Leadership

  • Define and drive the design vision and strategy for key product areas.

  • Serve as a design lead on complex initiatives that span multiple teams or systems.

  •  Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, and other stakeholders to align business goals and user needs.

  • Influence and contribute to product strategy through design thinking, customer insights, and prototyping.

Execution and Craft

  • Deliver high-quality design solutions, from wireframes and user flows to polished UI’s.

  • Apply systems thinking to ensure scalable, cohesive experiences across products.

  • Leverage and contribute to our design system to maintain consistency and improve design velocity.

  • Use research and data to inform and validate design decisions.

Mentorship and Collaboration

  • Mentor mid-level and senior designers, providing feedback and helping them develop their craft.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, feedback, and continuous improvement within the design team.

  • Facilitate design critiques, workshops, and cross-functional alignment sessions.

Advocacy and Influence

  • Advocate for design excellence and customer experience across the organization.

  • Champion accessibility, usability, and inclusive design practices.
