Analytical & Agile. You have strong analytical skills and a knack for identifying opportunities to streamline operations. You’re comfortable working in a dynamic, agile environment and can juggle multiple priorities with ease.
Here’s what will give you an edge…Initiative. You don’t just maintain systems—you improve them. You’re always looking for ways to enhance performance, simplify workflows, and support business growth. Whether it’s leading testing for new releases or proposing new automation projects, you take ownership and drive results.
Cloud & Consolidation Experience. You’ve been involved in Atlassian cloud migrations and instance consolidation projects, and you understand the nuances of scaling systems to support a growing organization.
Initiative. You don’t wait around for things to happen or for your manager to tell you what to do. You’re not only proactive about completing your own work, but when you sense the need to introduce a project that will benefit the team or the organization -- even if it’s outside your scope of work -- you put a proposal together, talk to the team about it, and own it.
Education and certifications. You’ve successfully completed of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Additional Atlassian certifications are nice to have!
