Sr Software Engineer

This position will be remote within the United States. Job Summary This role is a key individual contributor position on the Imaging team, responsible for driving the successful delivery of business goals through innovative software solutions. We are seeking an experienced software developer with strong expertise in web application design and development, with proficiency in C# and Microsoft .NET technologies for back-end development and JavaScript with jQuery for front-end implementation. What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and maintain web-based imaging software

• Execute the full software development lifecycle, from requirements to deployment

• Integrate components into robust, fully functional systems

• Ensure compliance with project plans, coding standards, and industry best practices

• Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance on programming languages and effectively communicating technical concepts

• Support documentation and technical teams by delivering clear, accurate information on software functionality

• Present technical concepts to senior management with clarity and confidence

• Actively participate in all meetings required for seamless product delivery within the SDLC

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code

• Conduct code reviews to uphold quality and promote best practices

Travel/Physical Demands

• Travel typically less than 10%

• Office environment with no special physical demands required

Qualifications What You Will Have

• 4 - 5 years of software engineering experience with increasing complexity and responsibility

• Excellent communicator and collaborator across engineering, product, and business teams

• Advanced analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities

• Proven ability to build partnerships, cultivate lasting internal relationships, and resolve complex issues collaboratively

Nice to Haves

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science

• Specialized experience in device driver development, including low-level programming and hardware/software integration

The posted range for this position is$95,000 - $130,000which is the expected starting salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a bonus target not reflected in the range.
