The Senior Social Media Manager plays a key role in telling the 1Password story to a broad range of audiences, including consumers, businesses, developers, and prospective employees around the world. You’ll be a vital member of our communications team responsible for the overall strategy and execution of social media programs across various channels.
What we're looking for:
5-7+ years of professional experience building and running social campaigns, managing and engaging with online communities.
Experience collaborating with creative production teams and creating content on your own.
Strong understanding of how to use data to inform social campaigns and analyze impact.
Knowledge and passion for news and current events, especially around online and identity security.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Tenacity for execution and delivery.
Experience as a manager is a plus.
What you can expect:
Drive strategy and execution for all social media channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Reddit, and others.
Build social media programs geared towards our audiences that educate and engage in a meaningful way.
Create, source, and tailor content across various media, including copy, graphics, video, and photography.
Grow the 1Password social media presence and positive share of voice across channels.
Build 1Password thought leadership by engaging in meaningful conversations with consumers, businesses, developers, prospective employees, and other constituents.
Partner across the organization to build our employer brand and ensure we capture and share what makes 1Password special.
Innovate 1Password social programs as new trends and channels emerge.
Measure, analyze, and evangelize the impact of social media programs.
United States-based roles only: Minimum annual salary for this role is $118,000USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs. All employees are owners of 1Password and receive an equity grant as part of their total package. At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.
