What are you going to do?
The project manager for product launch has a strong project management background, breadth and depth of skills, and is preferably project management certified. This person is responsible for running complex projects and initiatives on the established timeline while ensuring all cross-functional launch tasks are also complete. This role requires a highly self-motivated, driven person who has impeccable attention to detail.

Plans, leads, organizes and motivates project teams
Proactively spots and drives opportunities to simplify workflows
Drives timely delivery of high-quality solutions that drive key business strategies
Achieves corporate objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans
Ensures the team adheres to established process
Ensures all projects are delivered within the stipulated scope and budget
Ensures resource availability and allocation
Develops a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project
Informs, coordinates and manages relationships with product management, stakeholders and others
Measures project performance using appropriate project management tools
Performs risk management analysis to reduce project risks
Reports and escalates to upper management as and when needed
Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation
Creates and presents relevant information at all levels of the organization, including C-level executives
Why do we need your skills?
8+ years of project management experience
High level of proficiency in communicating verbally and in writing
PMP and/or CSM preferred
