About the Role:
The Senior Product Marketing Specialist / Product Marketing Manager is responsible for the collection, analysis, and dissemination of competitive intelligence across our global organization. This role reports to the Manager, Product Marketing - Insights. This is a high impact role that will be responsible for proactively monitoring, deeply analyzing, and effectively communicating insights about our key competitors to various stakeholders. The insights generated will inform positioning, product roadmaps, and go to market strategies. You’ll be part of a team that sits at the intersection of marketing, product, sales, operations, and the market.
What you can expect to do:
Competitive landscape monitoring
Actively and continuously monitor the market for product launches, feature updates, pricing changes, and marketing campaigns
Utilize a variety of sources, including industry news feeds, social media channels, market research reports, and competitor websites
Serve as the subject matter expert on the competitive landscape, including supporting sales in individual deal strategization
Identify market trends and provide relevant strategic recommendations
Deep competitive analysis
Conduct in-depth analysis of competitor products, go-to-market strategies, and messaging to identify strengths, weaknesses, and key differentiators
Perform win-loss on sales deals to help identify areas of product innovation, sales strategies, marketing messaging, and competitive positioning to increase future win rates
Create detailed competitive battlecards, market share analyses, and deep dive research on products and features to help inform business strategy
Support in product roadmap development including surfacing key insights from the market
Messaging & Positioning
Support our product marketing and sales enablement team in crafting messaging about how we win the market and our competitive advantages, focused on our value proposition and key differentiators
Support with talk tracks, discovery questions, and objection-handling scripts
Education & Enablement
Develop and deliver engaging presentations, newsletters, and training sessions to educate key teams, including product, sales, marketing, and leadership
Maintain and update a centralized library of competitive intelligence resources
What we’re looking for:
A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
4-6 years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to distill complex information into concise and digestible insights
Strategic mindset with the ability to combine qualitative and quantitative sources - the more that you can inform your thinking with data the better
Creative thinker who is looking for a highly visible role and is willing to think outside the box to share and disseminate insights
Robust communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, including comfort presenting virtually to large audiences
Experience with Klue, Gong, Highspot, and Salesforce is a plus

The annual gross base salary range for this position is $97,500 - $122,000 plus variable compensation.
