Sr. Product Manager - Dental Plans

Job Summary We are seeking a Sr. Product Manager to lead the evolution of DentalPlans.com, Americas #1 direct-to-consumer marketplace for dental savings plans. This role will own the website experience, drive integrations with Henry Schein One partner companies, and oversee continuous enhancements to our CRM platform. Youll serve as the bridge between business and technology, translating customer needs and business opportunities into a compelling product roadmap. This position requires an experienced, customer-obsessed product manager with an entrepreneurial mindset, a passion for frictionless digital experiences, and a commitment to detail, timelines, and results. Since inception, DentalPlans.com has helped over one million people access affordable, quality healthcare. Join us in continuing that missionmaking essential care more accessible and cost-effective for all. What Youll Do Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for DentalPlans.com, CRM, and partner integrations.

  • Translate customer insights, market research, and data into actionable plans and feature priorities.

  • Develop business cases for new initiatives based on market demand, pain points, and strategic goals.

  • Partner with internal and external teams to identify integration opportunities with Henry Schein One products.

Customer Experience & Execution

  • Continuously improve the web experience for consumers through design, functionality, and performance enhancements.

  • Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback to inform product decisions.

  • Write clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that enable design and engineering delivery.

  • Collaborate with UX/UI and development teams to ensure solutions align with business goals and user needs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the liaison between marketing, development, operations, and support teams to drive alignment and accountability.

  • Partner with call center teams and CRM stakeholders to streamline operations and optimize conversion.

  • Manage vendor and partner relationships, ensuring project goals and SLAs are met.

Performance & Delivery

  • Define, track, and report on KPIs to measure product adoption and success.

  • Prioritize the backlog for effective sprint planning and timely delivery.

  • Manage project scope, schedule, and dependencies, ensuring regular communication and progress updates.

  • Continuously monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement or optimization.

Travel/Physical Demands

  • Travel typically less than 10%

  • Office environment with no special physical demands required

Qualifications What Youll Have

  • Bachelors degree in business, computer science, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

  • 5+ years of product management experience delivering digital or e-commerce solutions.

  • Experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce, healthcare, insurance, or dental industries.

  • Understanding of CRM systems, call center operations, and web technologies.

  • Proficiency with modern digital marketing tools, SEO, and analytics.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and leadership.

  • Analytical mindset, with a focus on data-driven decision making.

  • Demonstrated success managing end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and optimization.

The posted range for this position is$85,000 - $120,000which is the expected starting salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a bonus target not reflected in the range.
