In this key role, you’ll define and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies with our largest global partners and key regional partners. You’ll bring campaigns to life, align with cross-functional teams, and build deep partner relationships that showcase Conga’s solutions in compelling ways.

5–7 years of partner marketing experience in B2B SaaS/software.
5–7 years of overall marketing experience with proven campaign execution.
Deep understanding of partner channel models and GTM strategies.
Strong written and verbal communication with ability to craft compelling positioning and content.
Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft, Wrike, Crossbeam.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Competencies
Excellent program/project management skills.
Analytical mindset with ability to capture insights and optimize strategies.
Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, shifting environment.
Track record of building brand presence and driving customer value through partnerships.
Comfortable working with senior and C-level executives across global organizations.

Listed below is the U.S. base salary range for this full-time position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education, or training. In addition to base salary, Conganeers receive a variable incentive pay component, perks such as flexible work options, and a full range of benefits including medical and dental insurance.
The posted salary ranges are for the expectations outlined in the job description. We are often open to a wide variety of profiles and sometimes have flexibility within our organizational structure to adjust the role responsibilities up or down should we select a candidate that is less or more experienced than the posted job requirements. In these occasional cases, we will communicate the revised salary range to the candidate during the selection process.
