​​About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to provide strategic human resources support and guidance to our analytics, product management, and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR practices within the technology sector and demonstrate the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives to drive organizational success.

You Will:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and promote a high-performance culture.

  • Oversee development and retention strategies for the analytics, product management, and engineering departments, ensuring the attraction and retention of top-tier talent.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations, and resolving conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.

  • Lead performance evaluation processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning, to enhance employee performance and career growth.

  • Partner with leadership to design and implement organizational structures and processes that enhance efficiency and support scalability.

  • Guide teams through organizational changes, ensuring effective communication and minimizing disruption to business operations.

You Have:

  • Bachelors Degree in HR or other business-related field 

  • 10+  years of HR work experience in Product or Engineering

  • 2+ years of experience with employee relations 

  • Must have experience working with a workforce of between 400-800 employees 

  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills 

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management strengths when working with different levels of management Deep understanding of local labor laws or experience working with in-house counsel

  • Experience with the following Lattice, Paylocity & HR Acuity is a plus 

  • Master’s degree is preferred
