Reporting to the Manager, CX Project Management Office, you will foster a change ready culture within the organization, ensuring that change is effectively embedded and sustainable. In this role you’ll help us: Develop and implement change management strategies that maximize adoption and minimize resistance and support the PMO staff in integrating change management activities into their project plans.
As a vital member of the operations team, your expertise in change management will ensure effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and successful project outcomes. Through your change management skills, strategic communication, and stakeholder engagement, you will guide our organization through significant shifts. Your contributions will significantly impact the success of the department's initiatives, propelling our broader organizational goals.
This is a Remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
Please note, the working hours for this opportunity are Monday to Friday, 9AM - 5PM Eastern Standard Time.
What we're looking for:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Change Management role or equivalent with a preference for experience in a customer service or technology environment.
Proven experience with change management methodologies and adapting them to varying contexts
Strong interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships across the organization.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a proactive approach to identifying potential issues and devising effective solutions.
Demonstrated understanding of how individuals and groups experience change and the process of change, with an ability to navigate this effectively.
Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification or equivalent.
What you can expect:
Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
Assess change readiness and the impact of changes. Identify potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance. Develop proactive plans to mitigate or address these concerns.
Ensure stakeholders (e.g HRBPs, managers, etc.) are informed, engaged, and adequately prepared to handle changes, manage change-related issues, and address resistance.
Manage communications related to projects and programs, both internally and externally, maintaining clarity, consistency, and timeliness in messages.
Support the PMO staff (e.g project managers) in integrating change management activities into their project plans.
Regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies, making necessary adjustments to ensure successful project outcomes.
United States-based roles only: The Annual salary for this role is between $92,000USD and $124,000USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs. All employees are owners of 1Password and receive an equity grant as part of their total package.
