We are seeking a Senior Brand Manager to lead brand strategy, positioning and activation across global markets. This role is pivotal in shaping how G-P is perceived by customers, partners, and industry influencers, ensuring consistency and impact across all touch points.
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Brand and B2B dynamics, experience in brand storytelling, and the ability to execute integrated campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and preference among B2B buyers.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Positioning
Develop and refine the global brand strategy and positioning to drive differentiation in the competitive B2B market.
Ensure alignment of brand messaging with business objectives, product roadmap, customer insights and market trends.
Define and maintain brand guidelines, voice and visual identity including adoption and alignment to ensure consistency across all regions and touch points.
Integrated Marketing & Campaign Execution
Lead the development of brand-led, full-funnel marketing campaigns designed to increase brand awareness, engagement, and consideration.
Collaborate with content, demand generation, product marketing and regional teams to activate the brand across digital, social, events and paid media.
Partner with internal creative teams and agencies to produce compelling brand assets, messaging and experiential moments.
Market Research & Competitive Intelligence
Conduct brand health studies, customer research and competitive benchmarking to refine positioning and messaging.
Leverage data and insights to measure brand impact, refine strategies and optimize campaign performance.
Monitor industry trends and emerging B2B SaaS marketing best practices to inform brand initiatives.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Work closely with product marketing, sales enablement and demand generation to align brand efforts with pipeline and revenue goals.
Partner with the PR, communications and social media teams to drive thought leadership and executive visibility.
Ensure brand consistency across global regions while adapting for local market nuances.
Performance Measurement & Optimization
Define and track key brand KPIs, including awareness, perception and share of voice against competitors and within specific regions and countries.
Leverage analytics tools to assess brand impact and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership to guide strategic decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
5+ years of brand marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in B2B/enterprise technology.
Strong track record of developing and executing global brand strategies and integrated campaigns.
Experience in Branded Entertainment, Sports and Media sponsorships
Deep understanding of the B2B buyer journey, go-to-market models and enterprise decision-making processes.
Experience managing creative development, agency relationships and multi-channel brand activation.
Data-driven mindset with proficiency in brand measurement methodologies and analytics tools.
Exceptional storytelling, communication and presentation skills.
Ability to influence and collaborate across global teams in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AI tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency and scale.
Experience working in a high-growth SaaS company or enterprise software environment.
Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Google Analytics).
Background in brand research, customer insights, and thought leadership initiatives.

The annual gross base salary range for this position is $114,000 - $142,000 plus variable compensation.
