About You
Nutrafol is looking for a data-driven and creative Sr. Associate, Leads Marketing. In this role, you will be an integral part of executing, managing, testing, and optimizing lead generation and nurturing campaigns on the Growth Marketing Team and will report to the Senior Manager, Leads Marketing. The main focus of this role will be supporting new customer acquisition via email/SMS, direct mail, and affiliate tactics.

Responsibilities
Manage monthly email and SMS campaigns to support monthly and quarterly goals, from briefing concepts to with creative and brand team to working with our agency to execute on-time
Regularly report on and spearhead optimizations to automated email and SMS journeys
Manage the creation, execution, and reporting of direct mail campaigns
Drive and report on affiliate and brand partnership campaigns
Monitor and report channel initiatives to share weekly and monthly analytics insights as well as ideate on opportunities to adjust campaigns to improve performance
Partner with creative and brand teams to create content specific to the channel
Partner with external channel partners to deploy quality campaigns on time
Proactively come to the table with new ideas to prepare for cross-functional meetings
Take a data-driven approach to all recommendations and insights
Stay abreast of key industry trends and identify new opportunities, focusing on how these insights can be leveraged to drive performance
Requirements
Minimum of 4+ years of experience working within growth marketing
Analytical mindset: ability to read and manipulate data to lead with a data-driven approach
Creative thinker: ability to brief in new ideas and facilitate copy and design reviews
Highly organized with experience in successfully working with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and campaign launches
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Eager to continue growing existing skills while learning new ones
Preferred:
Experience with a D2C or subscription-based business
Experience with Tableau and/or similar web analytics tools
