About the job
This position is needed to provide coverage across all of our business units as a shared resource for administrative support. This role will cover for your fellow Administrative Business Partners during leaves of absence, vacations and other areas as needed. This role will provide proactive calendar support and juggle multiple deliverables with competing deadlines.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Provide executive coverage as needed, which will include handover meetings at the start and end of each assignment.
Manage domestic and international travel and process expense reports on behalf of your executives; organize special events, team activities and successful meetings through participant and material coordination and execute specific tasks on short term projects.
Track and help assist with the completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items.
Partner with your execs to understand their priorities in order to effectively address meeting requests and manage complex calendars.

Required:
3+ years’ experience supporting executives with the ability to make good decisions in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Superior attention to detail and high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information; strong verbal and written communication skills along with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to coordinate heavy calendar management, connect the dots between meetings and make proactive decisions to ensure executives are prepared.
Experience planning virtual, in person or hybrid off-sites and team-building events.
Desired:
Proficiency with Zoom video conferencing with ability to draft presentations, meeting minutes/actions, and coordinate oral and written communication for executives; proficiency with Mac and the Google suite of business programs, especially Google calendar, mail, drive, docs and sheets.
The ability to be a team player while working cross functionally with stakeholders across all levels and different business units.
Experience working at a High Tech company is strongly preferred.
Location
This role will be remote based in Canada, but is only eligible to be hired in the provinces of Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia.
Travel
We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other. For this role, approximately 15% travel is anticipated to help you connect in-person in a meaningful way.
