Join our team as a Senior Account Manager in a dynamic, customer-facing role serving as a key point of contact for all clients and partners in the wholesale expansion of Trafilea's brands. Focused on intimate apparel and beauty, this position works with our prominent US retail partners such as Belk, Macy’s, and Nordstrom, and future international partners, to ensure profitable and sustainable growth. This role is fully remote, with occasional store visits and limited travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits

  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales objectives

  • Work cross-functionally to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs and objectives 

  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

  • Forecast, track, and report on key account metrics (e.g. sales results & forecasts)

Candidate Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience as an Account Manager in the retail apparel industry.

  • Proven track record in client relationship management and problem solving skills to help resolve customer problems and needs

  • Strong analytical skills, to review sales and inventory reports and have a data-driven approach for problem solving and proactive proposals

  • Demonstrate ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level

  • Excellent active listening skills and ability to build rapport and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

  • Adaptable and flexible, able to adjust to new situations, environments, and challenges with calm and resilience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Curious, open to new ideas and continuous learning

  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, 

  • Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables) and Google Docs/Presentations.
