Hims & Hers is seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager to join the Operations team and will report to the VP of Supply Chain. The Sourcing Manager will work cross functionally to deliver the company’s finished good sourcing & supply chain optimization needs. 

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with new finished product suppliers & manage existing relationships

• Work closely with cross functional teams to identify suppliers for new product launches

• Collaborate with partners to help optimize KPI metrics required to ensure quality and performance

• Conduct Business Reviews to drive supplier performance & prioritization of business needs

• Implement 'best in class' supply chain improvements

• Continually investigate & initiate sourcing and cost reduction opportunities to increase supply chain efficiencies, reduce risk and improve gross margins

• Apply a wide range of sourcing tools (6-step sourcing, negotiations, SRM, electronically facilitated sourcing events, etc.)

• Develop & negotiate applicable legal contracts using in depth knowledge of standard commercial legal contract terms.  

Experience & Skills

• BA/BS or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience

• Experience with Strategic Sourcing and improving supplier performance

• Familiarity with contracting language and experience in negotiating contracts with suppliers 

• Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and processes

• Strength in negotiations, cost/price analysis and purchasing procedures is also essential

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are required

• Experience working with finished good 3rd party contract manufacturers or in manufacturing is required

• Experience with or certifications in Lean, Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement is preferred

An estimate of the current salary range is $90,000 - $135,000. H&H also offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSU’s) so that H&H employees own a piece of our company.

The actual amount will take into account a range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and location.
