The Role

As a Solutions Engineer at Zeotap, you’re a pivotal force within the Sales team,  focused on providing Zeotap’s prospects and customers with the most value-driving solutions. You’re the technical linchpin, seamlessly bridging product knowledge with innovative solution design, through to successful use-case delivery and business problem solving. To achieve this, you work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Implementation, other relevant internal teams, as well as partners. 

Leading technical discovery sessions across diverse industries, you craft bespoke solution designs to secure essential technical buy-in. Your expertise will shine as you design, build, and deliver compelling software demonstrations. With exceptional presentation skills and meticulous preparation, you articulate your proposed solutions’ value with convincing clarity, whether on-site or remotely.

You’re a proactive contributor, dedicated to our sales motion, actively participating in RFP responses,  eager to provide and receive honest feedback, and driven to exceed ACV targets, against which you’re directly incentivised. This role reports to the Director of Solutions Engineering.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in a technical sales-related function such as a Solutions Engineer or Solutions Consultant, selling & solutioning digital advertising & marketing technologies like DMP, CDP, CMP, and/or CRM solutions, programmatic digital data products and comparable marketing or advertising SaaS solutions, to every level of a marketing or advertising organization across a variety of industries and verticals.

  • You’re comfortable selling & solutioning in a wide variety of arenas — from C-suite, over practitioners,  to industry events — and have the ability to create, support, and deliver impactful presentations accordingly.

  • With your strategic & consultative mindset you translate business challenges into solutions and drive technical change through a consultative, customer-first approach.

  • Technical & analytical strength gives you a strong grasp of web technology, data-driven behavior (e.g. 1P–3P), and emerging tech trends to inform impactful, scalable solutions.

  • Your high-impact communication & execution makes you an effective communicator and team player with a competitive drive, bias for action, learning, and collaboration.

  • Remote working with industry-typical travel: However you must be based in the UK.

  • Fluency in English, additional language is a plus.
