The Presales mission is to sell better to reduce turn rate and to push for value-driven propositions that solve for the customers.
As a Solutions Engineer in the small business segment, you will support the Sales Reps to close deals by providing product knowledge and technical expertise.
Your goal is to sell HubSpot solutions to prospects by partnering with the sales team and other internal stakeholders that may be involved in the process.
What will your day-to-day look like?
Attending client calls and having regular meetings with Sales Reps
Supporting ongoing deals, finding the technical solutions to client’s pain points
Helping the Sales Reps to set up their demo by preparing the environments and/or presenting the technical features as a team
Working on internal projects, mentoring new hires, and conducting training sessions
What do you need to succeed in this role?
Fluency in French and English languages
Experience in a client-facing role - you can show examples of solving for the customer
Communicate effectively with prospects and peers, simplifying a technical speech for a non-technical audience
You are proactive, tech-oriented, and fast-learner
You are open to admitting mistakes and believe that actionable feedback is a great way to grow
You have HEART
