Seqera exists to advance science for everyone through software

We provide software for scientists solving today's most complex and important challenges from pioneering innovative therapeutics to unveiling the secrets of our universe. The journey began a decade ago with Nextflow — open software that helps over 100,000 global scientists analyze and process data, with more power and flexibility than ever before.

Today, Seqera consolidates fragmented data and diverse computing resources into a unified platform. Our modern biotech stack is trusted by over 150 leading life sciences organizations. Empowered with modern software engineering, organizations conduct science faster, on larger datasets, and with more confidence. Seqera accelerates discoveries in an open world.

  • Methodology Improvement: Contribute to the development and refinement of Seqera’s implementation playbooks and best practices.

  • Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve issues efficiently, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

About you

  • Educational Background: Degree in Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Computational Biology, or a related field.

  • Customer-Facing Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as implementation or solution delivery.

  • Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage complex technical projects, balancing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with workflow management languages and orchestration tools (e.g., Nextflow, Snakemake, WDL, etc), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and NGS data workflows.

  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Startup Readiness: Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Bioinformatics Workflow Software: Experience working with research-oriented software products in the life sciences field, including building or optimizing workflows, and familiarity with Seqera’s platform and the Nextflow ecosystem would be highly beneficial.
