As the Presales Solution Architect for the Genesys practice, working remotely in the US, you will be responsible for providing highly technical expertise during the product sales process for Public Sector clients.  This includes analyzing customer/prospect business requirements, demonstrating the recommended solutions, designing a solution to meet those requirements, gathering and using competitive information, and scoping all technical aspects of the sales process for proposal creation/review.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Analyze complex business needs presented by Public Sector prospects and/or clients and recommend technical solutions.

  • Provide technical product expertise during Genesys sales opportunities, both in person and remotely, to include providing live product demonstrations

  • Deliver technical presentations to Public Sector Prospects and Customers.

  • Design systems to meet requirements sourced during initial sales process, targeted to specific needs of prospects, that adhere to standards/procedures for designing solutions and system architectures and ensure that TTEC Digital will be able to deliver specified solution.

  • Create specification documents for prospective sales, such as solution architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, server build sheets, database and recording storage sizing calculators

  • Work with Development, Implementation, and Support departments to provide project information during internal project kick-off, as well as during the project, as needed, to clarify any questions stemming from pre-sales / design discussions.

  • Conduct pilot system roll-outs for proof of concept at prospective customer sites.

  • Participate in the business development process, including responding to technical inquiries / RFP documents.

  • Attend trade shows to provide technical product information to attendees, including performing presentations and demonstrations at trade shows.

What You'll Bring to Us

  • A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the IT field working with key TTEC Digital focus technologies.

  • A minimum of two (2) years in a consultative and/or public presentation role within an IT services/software company.

  • Ability to shape strong client presentations and narratives that influence and commit people to change.

  • 2-3 years’ experience performing pre-sales activities for Public Sector Prospects and Customers along with 4+ years’ experience working with relevant Genesys Cloud CX / Gensys PureCloud technology in a professional services/consulting environment.

  • Strong understanding of Workforce Management (“WFM”) / Workforce Engagement Management (“WEM”) is highly desired.

  • Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related discipline or equivalent relevant experience in an IT environment.

  • Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies, including new features or applications within existing technologies such as the Genesys product suite.

  • Broad knowledge of telecommunications, data processing systems, and network systems, concepts, and methodologies.

  • Strong understanding of business operations and processes, and the ability to identify and implement IT solutions that solve management needs.

  • Process Automation experience is a requirement, both from a technical perspective, and a process mapping perspective.

$150,000 - $175,000 a year

This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
