We are looking for a Language & Localisation Specialist who will help us bring our platforms to the next level while continuously improving and enhancing the experiences of our candidates and customers!

Job Summary:

An effective Software QA Specialist will work alongside the Language & Localisation Manager to guarantee the high-quality, efficient, and effective translation of FA platforms globally. Responsibilities will encompass, but are not limited to the following tasks:

· Help in managing localization projects, including timelines, resources, and deliverables, to ensure timely completion

· Assist in creating and managing global multilingual content strategies to facilitate the delivery of high-quality translations for First Advantage platforms

· Provide training, guidance, and support to various stakeholders to help them understand the translation workflows and how they can effectively utilize the existing translation tools and processes

· Collaborate with Product, Development Teams, and Quality Assurance to produce high-quality products and guarantee accessibility in all certified languages

· Oversee Translation/Language requests in the GAPS queue and work with different cross-functional teams to put these tickets to closure

· Assist in maintaining all language-related pages to ensure information is updated

· Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards of translation

· Provide feedback and recommendations for improving translation processes

· Work with external vendors and freelancers and assist in maintaining good relationships with these partners

What You May Need to be Successful:

· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

· Amenable to work in varying schedules depending on the business need

· Fluency in one language other than English is an advantage

· Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Preferably with experience in working in different countries/cultures

· With experience working with third party vendors

· Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative

· Strong problem solving and analytical skills

· Quick understanding of business processes and requirements

· Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects

· Outstanding attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with various departments

· Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
