It offers features such as visual maps territory design, predictive intelligence, and collaborative quota allocation workflows, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and maximizing revenue potential.

THE TEAM

As a Software Developer for the Sales Planning team, you will be joining a remote, cross-functional team of designers, product managers, and software engineers dedicated to revolutionizing how sales organizations execute go-to-market strategies for unparalleled success. You will work on enhancing a rapidly growing modern SaaS product: a single-page web application built in React, connecting via GraphQL to a serverless backend deployed to AWS.

Here, your ideas are valued, your contributions drive impact, and your growth is a priority. We're not just building software — we're empowering sales teams to achieve revenue growth and market dominance.

WHAT YOU BRING

Required Technical Experience

  • 2+ years of Software Development skills using TypeScript, JavaScript, React, and Node.js.

  • Experience with micro-services architecture, GraphQL, Apollo, Docker and AWS (Lambda, Aurora, DynamoDB, DocumentDB, ECS).

  • Knowledge of NoSQL, SQL and OLAP databases.

  • A passion for building high-performance, scalable systems in the Cloud.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience with test-driven development, continuous delivery and continuous integration.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect or similar accreditation.

  • Familiarity with React and Redux applications.

  • Familiarity with event streaming or messaging platforms such as Kafka, Kinesis or RabbitMQ.

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent experience.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • CEFR B2 level English proficiency or higher is required.

  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Collaborate on designing and developing web applications using modern web technologies and cloud-based deployment frameworks.

  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to coding standards and best practices with support from the team.

  • Test and debug software components to identify and resolve issues, ensuring reliability and functionality of the product.

  • Contribute to improving code efficiency and system performance, with guidance from senior developers.

  • Working closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of software modules.

  • Focusing on client success through creative problem-solving.

FIRST 30 DAYS: GETTING STARTED

  • Familiarize yourself with the company's development environment, coding standards, tools, and workflows.

  • Explore the codebase by reviewing existing code and documentation and participate in pair programming sessions with team members.

  • Begin working on simple features or bug fixes for the product with guidance and support from your squad.

  • Strengthen your proficiency in the technologies and frameworks used in the company’s projects, leveraging team resources and training opportunities.

  • Participate in Agile rituals, such as stand-ups and planning sessions, to understand the team’s goals and the product roadmap.

  • Collaborate actively with team members, asking thoughtful questions and seeking feedback to accelerate your onboarding.

FIRST 60 DAYS: BUILDING MOMENTUM

  • Start contributing to larger features or modules, collaborating with senior developers to ensure quality and alignment with team standards.

  • Take on tasks with moderate supervision, showcasing growing confidence and independence in your work.

  • Build skills to troubleshoot and debug issues effectively, using company tools and processes.

  • Develop a clearer understanding of the system architecture and how key components interact, asking for clarification where needed.

  • Participate in team discussions, sharing insights or proposing ideas for improving features or workflows as you gain familiarity with the system.
