We're seeking a skilled Senior Backend Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design and build scalable, high-performance solutions that support the growth of our e-commerce platform. Collaborate with a talented team of developers across disciplines, and work on projects that range from building components to developing complex AI models that power our applications and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop scalable backend technology solutions to support e-commerce growth.
Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement new features.
Maintain high code quality and adherence to internal standards.
Participate in software solution planning and design.
Propose and implement improvements to current systems and technology.
Document technical solutions for easy understanding by other teams.
Advocate for high-quality, secure, and high-performance software solutions.
Identify and resolve technical debt to improve team efficiency.

Experienced backend developer with proficiency in Golang, and Node.js.
Strong knowledge of both relational and non-relational databases.
Proficient in developing REST APIs.
Familiar with software development workflows (Git, GitHub).
Expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Practical experience with SCRUM methodologies.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, UX, and Marketing.
Strong communication skills, able to document and explain technical solutions clearly.
Passionate about improving product quality, security, and performance.
