As a Software Engineer, you will...
Work closely with other engineers, designers, and team leads to design and build world-class product experiences
Be responsible for the entirety of your features; including API design, gathering feedback, implementation, testing, and deployment
Champion the needs of Builder’s customer base through customer empathy, iteration, and feature ownership
Provide input to aid in the technical decision making, values, and overall direction of the engineering team
Be given opportunities to stretch yourself by learning new technologies and staying up to date with developments in the web engineering world
You will thrive in this role if you have…
6+ years experience in web development
Experience with React or any frontend frameworks, Node.js, and Typescript
The ability to adapt to the different stages of product development. This can mean building intentionally scrappy code to iterate quickly, or building a robust system that will scale gracefully as the business grows
A strong appreciation for letting customer feedback guide the team in feature development
