Atrium Campus is looking for a Client Care Representative to support our clients in using our modern campus card management solution that powers over 100 of the nation's leading universities and colleges. The meaningful work you will contribute as a Client Care Representative:
Client Support
- Ensure each client receives the highest level of support.
- Respond to client inquiries by understanding the inquiry, reviewing previous inquiries and responses, gathering and researching information, assembling and forwarding information, and verifying client's understanding of information and answer to their inquiry.
- Escalate and resolve areas of concern as raised by clients.
- Update the CRM and ensure appropriate team members are aware of changes or other pertinent information about our clients.
- Continually improve client service with a focus on maximizing client's ROI and level of service and minimizing client service personnel response time.
- Proactively call and manage our client base to develop relationships and ensure each client is overjoyed by our service.
- Proactively call and manage our client base to present new products and features that are released.
- Be on call and available for emergencies 24/7, including responding to problems with the servers or other urgent client problems.
Product Implementations
- Provide online meetings to fully onboard and orientate a new client, to include presenting new functionality, performing training, and collaborating with clients about their concerns.
Qualifications we're looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years in a higher education campus card office role is a big plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and client service skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exhibit a high degree of initiative and independence
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects with multiple deliverables.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
