We're on the hunt for a dynamic, forward-thinking Social Media Manager to elevate our social presence to new heights. As the creative and strategic force behind our primary brand's social channels, you’ll craft innovative, platform-specific content that truly resonates.
You'll be the pulse of our social presence, researching market trends, performance analytics, and audience behavior to drive smart, data-backed decisions. If you’re passionate about shaping brand narratives, obsessed with culture, and have a strong eye for stand-out, authentic content, we want you on our team.
✨ Own Our Social Presence: Lead and manage the brand’s social media strategy across multiple platforms, ensuring a consistent and engaging online presence.
✨ Craft & Execute Social Strategy: Partner with product, marketing, and content teams to build and implement always-on social media calendars that drive engagement and amplify our mission.
✨ Create Impactful Content: Develop on-brand visuals, compelling copy, and engaging videos that resonate with our audience while staying true to our brand identity.
✨ Stay Ahead of Trends: Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and shape forward-thinking social strategies.
✨ Analyze & Optimize: Track performance metrics, run experiments, and refine strategies to maximize impact and ensure every post delivers value.
✨ Collaborate for Excellence: Work closely with cross-functional teams, freelancers, content creators, designers, and copywriters to bring ideas to life with flawless execution.
✨ Bring Ideas to Life: Craft detailed briefs that inspire content creation, ensuring high-quality, engaging, and platform-relevant materials.
✨ React & Adapt: Identify and respond to trends and cultural moments in real time, ensuring our brand remains relevant and top-of-mind.
✨ Lead Engaging Social Campaigns: Design and manage social media initiatives, creating eye-catching visuals, compelling copy, and engaging videos that captivate our audience.
