Social Media Manager
Position Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to own the planning, execution, and reporting of our social media strategy across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Meta, and Reddit. This role requires a strong communicator who can collaborate across departments, manage requests efficiently, and use data to guide content and engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Publishing
Develop, write, and schedule posts across LinkedIn, X, Meta, and Reddit.
Create copy and images using brand-approved templates.
Ensure content aligns with company voice and marketing goals.
Engagement & Brand Monitoring
Promote posts to drive engagement and reach.
Monitor brand mentions and coordinate with Customer Marketing to reply.
Track relevant conversations and industry topics where Netwrix should engage.
Actively participate in discussions to strengthen brand presence.
Collaboration & Workflow Management
Work closely with multiple departments to handle incoming requests and prioritize effectively.
Manage tasks, timelines, and content calendars using Asana.
Ensure clear and timely communication with stakeholders.
Research & Insights
Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Trends, and Semrush to identify trending topics and optimize content.
Stay current with platform updates, social media best practices, and competitor activities.
Reporting & Performance
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics.
Prepare and present regular reports with insights and recommendations.
Adjust strategies based on performance data.
Qualifications
Proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand.
Strong copywriting skills and eye for visual storytelling.
Proficiency with project management tools (Asana required).
Experience with analytics and research tools (Google Analytics, Google Trends, Semrush).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Superb English writing and communication skills are required.
Experience in B2B social media management strongly preferred.
