WerelookingforatalentedgrowthmarketertosuperchargeInflowssocialpresenceandturnoursocialaccountsintoagrowthengine.

YoullbethecaptainofInflowssocialgrowth,owningOKRs,buildingtheexperimentationroadmap,andmanaginghigh-volumecontentandtestingsprints.Youllhaveyourhandsdeepinvirality,contentinnovation,anddisciplinedgrowthexperiments,withadirectimpactonscalingourreachanddrivingtrials.

Thisisafull-timeremoterolebasedinSpainorPortugal.

Responsibilities

• Runsocialasagrowthchannel:ownthequarterlyOKRs,buildtheexperimentationroadmap,managebudgets,overseeweeklycontent/testingsprints,andtrackprogressagainstgoals.

• Measureandlearn:defineKPIs,builddashboards,monitorperformance,andrundeep-diveanalysestouncoverperformanceinsights.

• Leaddisciplinedexperiments:designandexecutetestswithclearhypotheses,isolateddependentvariable,adequatesample/time,cleancohorts,andmeasurableoutcomes.

• Virality&innovation:followsocialtrends,sourceinspiration&benchmarks,toidentifythemostengagingandviralcontentformats.Conceptualise,adapt,andinnovatewithnovelcontentformats.

• Runcontentproductionengine:runhigh-scalecontentproductionacrossmemes,carousels,short-formvideo,UGC,andAI-drivenformats.

• Engineerthescale:createtemplates,tools,andknowledgerepositories(e.g.brieflibraries,hookbanks,swipefiles,contentlibraries,experimentlogs,etc.)toautomatiseandsystematisetheprocessesforscale.

• Tracking&taxonomy:implementtracking,UTMs,andtaxonomystandardsforallcampaigns,channels,content,andexperiments.

• Empowercreators:source,brief,andmanageAI+UGCcontentcreators,negotiateusagerights/whitelisting.

Jobrequirements-Musthaves

• 2+yearsinsimilarrolesdeliveringmeasurablesocialgrowthoutcomes.

• Growthmindsetandstrongatdata-drivenexperimentation,contenttesting,andanalysis.

• HandsonmasteryofInstagram,TikTok,Facebook,YouTube(Shorts),andX;understandingofeachalgorithmsqualitysignals.

• Skilledincontentproductionmanagement(short-formvideo,carousels,memes,UGC).

• Proficientwithsocialtoolingacrossscheduling,listening,analytics,contentediting,influencer/creatornetworks.

• Fast-paced,AI-powered,andhighlyself-organized.
