TTEC Digital seeks a ServiceNow Developer to join our growing ServiceNow practice area. This is a 100% remote opportunity! Candidates must be willing to interview and work in US-based time zones for this full-time opportunity.
As a ServiceNow Developer, working remotely, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and configuring solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions that leverage ServiceNow capabilities effectively, as well as providing ongoing support to our customers.
What You Will Be Doing:
Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant technologies.
Customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on client requirements.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
Configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and ACLs in ServiceNow.
Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications using APIs and web services.
Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications.
Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and new features to leverage them for continuous improvement.
What You Will Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices and methodologies.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web service integrations (SOAP, REST, JSON, etc.)
Experience with ServiceNow scripting and APIs.
ServiceNow certifications (Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) preferred.
Ideally, experience or understanding of CX technologies (Salesforce, Genesys, Microsoft Dynamics, Cisco WCC, AWS Connect, NICE CXone)
