We are looking for an experienced Service Management professional with Channel Partner experience for an important role within our channel team. You will lead the French ITSM partner growth strategy, go-to-market and channel development. You will play a key part in a global team dedicated to ensuring the success of partners both new and existing in one of our fastest growing segments.

What you'll do

  • Define and lead the regional strategy for growing and managing Atlassian's Jira Service Management eco-system.

  • Recruit and activate new partners to develop them as Atlassian JSM specialized platinum partners.

  • Work with current and new partners to develop JSM practice-building and service-delivery capabilities

  • Be the face of our fast-growing Jira Service Management product, consulting our main growth partners' senior leadership on achieving revenue growth and success

  • Drive and own partner Atlassian JSM partner business planning, JSM partner pipeline in all customer segments

  • Manage partner co-marketing efforts, training, and ensuring partners are working with our sales teams effectively

  • Contribute globally to help Introduce new ideas for both recruitment and partner success

  • Partner with Enterprise Sales on optimizing the co-selling motion and building a pipeline

About you

  • You have 5+ years of experience in the Service Management industry and complimentary experience working with Partners.

  • Industry knowledge of leading competitors and a clear view of the industry dynamics

  • Understanding of what it takes for a partner to deliver services successfully

  • Cross-functional experience working with channel program teams, channel marketing and sales teams

  • Comfortable with adapting to change in growing business, a true team player that helps others succeed.
