  • Synthesize research results, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to help them take action.

  • Provide feedback and guidance to peers as they perform their own research; leveling up the organization in best practices, frameworks, tools, and shared understanding of our users.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • A portfolio of experiences and deliverables that illustrates your research informed decision-making, showcases deliverables, and demonstrates your ability to extract actionable insights from qualitative and quantitative data; within complex technology spaces, specifically in order to build products

  • A broad toolset of qualitative and quantitative research techniques for all types of user research, from exploratory/problem space through usability testing

  • Deep understanding of product development lifecycles

  • Excellent communication of insights and recommendations, to various audiences from product development teams to executive leadership

  • Experience working through ambiguity with the ability to work fairly independently on a variety of tasks

  • Experience coaching others in research projects from concept through execution
