You’ll collaborate closely with project managers, creative directors, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure your designs meet business goals, raise engagement, and improve conversion.
We’re looking for someone who is not only highly skilled but also deeply passionate about leveraging AI tools to drive efficiency and creative output. The ideal candidate is a master of Figma who can build and maintain scalable component libraries, has experience with financial products or fintech projects, and demonstrates outstanding visual design ability.
This position is a 1 year, full-time contract role that includes full benefits.
Responsibilities
Consumer-Centric UX
Apply empathy mapping, user research, and usability testing to craft seamless, intuitive, and delightful user experiences.
Champion the voice of the consumer at every stage of the design process.
Digital Marketing Integration

Build high-quality prototypes, wireframes, and production assets using Figma.
Maintain a robust, scalable component library and design system that supports development handoff.
Collaboration & Communication
Work cross-functionally with developers, marketers, and business leaders.
Clearly articulate design solutions and incorporate feedback efficiently.
UI & Visual Design Excellence
Deliver visually stunning interfaces with attention to typography, color, layout, and iconography.
Balance aesthetic impact with usability and accessibility.
Brand Consistency
Uphold and evolve brand expression across all digital properties.
Ensure every touchpoint reflects QuinStreet’s identity and standards.

Adapt quickly in an agile environment, responding to feedback and evolving priorities.
Champion continuous improvement and high-quality standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Visual Communication, UI/UX, or related field.
Expert-level Figma skills (required) — including building, scaling, and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
Proven experience designing for financial products, fintech platforms, or consumer-facing projects.
Excellence in UX design and consumer-centric thinking with a strong portfolio demonstrating real-world impact.
Strong visual design skills — typography, color theory, composition, and modern design trends.
Proficiency with Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools.
Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and how design translates into development.
Skilled at prototyping for user testing and rapid iteration.
