What are you going to do?

You will have the opportunity to work in a forward-thinking and growth-oriented environment, at a company that is building the software that builds the world. They provide cloud-based construction management software that helps clients more efficiently build skyscrapers, hospitals, retail centers, airports, housing complexes, and more. They have worked hard to create and maintain a culture where you can own your work and are encouraged and given resources to try new ideas. 

Occupy a unique position in the market, as a UI/UX Designer that plays a key role building the company's scheduling system.

  • Take ownership of end-to-end mobile design, crafting intuitive, cross-platform user interfaces that seamlessly adapt to diverse devices and operating systems.

  • Leverage Figma to design and maintain complex, scalable component libraries, utilizing features like variants, nested components, and auto-layout to streamline design production.

  • Proactively contribute to the evolution of our design system, ensuring design consistency, accessibility, and adherence to brand guidelines, with minimal oversight.

  • Apply expert knowledge of visual design principles to create visually appealing, engaging, and user-friendly interfaces that delight and empower users.

  • Design and refine intuitive Gantt view and calendar interfaces.

  • Translate intricate data sets into clear, actionable visualizations within our SaaS product.

 

What will help you succeed

  • 5+ years of experience designing world-class apps with a strong portfolio of design work.

  • Provide an online portfolio of work to review with best-in-class work and inspiring projects that tackle interaction design problems, including native platforms (iOS and Android) and responsive web design.

  • Strong proficiency with leading design tools - Specifically Figma.

  • Strong client-facing communication skills, having the ability to articulate design decisions to a variety of audiences, including tech leads, company leaders, project owners.

  • Experience depicting complex data sets on SaaS products.

  • Previous work with Gantt view, scheduling systems or calendars.
