Senior Technical Sourcer - Product & Engineering

What you’ll do:
You will partner with hiring managers to deeply understand their hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
You will proactively source for both technical and non-technical roles, primarily starting with our engineering and product organizations.
You will own and execute on creative outreach strategies that reflect our culture and values.
You will develop and execute on sourcing strategies to engage with high caliber talent
You will use data to evaluate the effectiveness of our searches and advise the business accordingly.
You will provide a high touch candidate experience from source to close
You will ensure a high level of data integrity with our ATS and other systems
You will collaborate with the broader Talent and People team to improve processes, enhance our candidate experience, and scale our hiring with quality.
You will be a match if:
You have at least 5 years of technical sourcing experience, ideally within a high-growth environment.

ClassDojo takes a number of factors into consideration when determining final contract rates, including geographic location, experience, and skillset. Hourly rate ranges (United States):
CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT states: $50 - $65 (USD)
All other states in the US: $45 - $55 (USD)
