Senior Technical Recruiter (Contract)
Location: Remote, but preference for Greater Washington D.C. Area, SF/Bay Area, Seattle
We're seeking a driven and process-oriented Senior Technical Recruiter to join our growing, talent team for a 5-month contract starting at 30 hours per week. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the latest recruiting and sourcing strategies to attract top-tier technical talent focused on technical roles
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing , coordination, to offer negotiation
Utilize Greenhouse ATS and GoodTime scheduling to optimize and streamline the recruitment process
Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage passive candidates effectively
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, ideal profile, the “sell”, and team dynamics
Conduct initial screenings and coordinate technical interviews
Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Continuously analyze and improve recruitment metrics and processes
Partner with our incubations to provide insights into the talent market as well as the motivations of the top candidates
Negotiate offers within range and with respect to our full benefits package with tools such as Radford and Carta
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a startup and/or venture capital environment
2 + years of experience with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
1+ years of experience with GoodTime scheduling (goodtime.io)
Experience with U.S. Department of Defense cleared recruiting
Detailed understanding of all data science, machine learning, software engineering, and infrastructure technical roles, where they align in the software development process, and ability to evaluate candidates' skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consulting skills
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding yearly hiring targets
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field

Hourly Rate: $55.00 - $85.00. This represents the typical rate for this position based on experience, skills, and other factors.
