Job Description
Documentation Writing & Maintenance
Author and maintain high-quality technical documentation for Gcore cloud, network, and security solutions
Write clear, user-focused content that helps developers successfully implement our services
Collaborate with product teams, developers, QA, and help desk team to ensure documentation accuracy, completeness, and incorporate user feedback
AI-Enhanced Documentation Workflows
Strongly encouraged to implement LLM pipelines that automate documentation updates
Build systems that scrape commit messages, code differences, and release notes to identify documentation needs
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.) to streamline content creation while maintaining high quality standards
Develop automated workflows that keep documentation synchronized with product development cycles
Process & Workflow Management
Build and maintain documentation pipelines and processes
Establish standards for technical writing consistency across the team
Set up automated checks for documentation quality and completeness
Track documentation performance and user engagement metrics
Qualifications
Technical Writing Experience
3+ years of experience writing technical documentation for cloud services, APIs, or DevOps tools
Strong understanding of technical concepts including cloud infrastructure, APIs, networking, and security
Familiarity with documentation-as-code workflows using Git, Markdown, and static site generators
Experience with API documentation tools and standards (OpenAPI/Swagger preferred)
Technical Understanding
Solid grasp of cloud computing concepts (compute, storage, networking, CDN)
Basic understanding of developer workflows and common infrastructure tools
Ability to quickly learn new technical products and explain them clearly
Comfortable working with technical teams and translating complex concepts for end users
Writing & Communication
English C1+ with excellent written communication skills
Experience creating user-focused documentation that drives successful product adoption
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, support)
Self-starter who can manage multiple documentation projects independently
Tools & Workflow
Proficient with modern documentation tools and platforms
Experience with AI-assisted writing tools and willingness to integrate them into workflows
Comfortable with basic automation for content workflows
Data-driven approach to measuring and improving documentation effectiveness
Nice-to-have:
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or infrastructure tools (Kubernetes, Terraform)
Background in software development or DevOps
Experience with localization and managing content across multiple languages
Familiarity with developer onboarding and user experience principles
