Senior T&E Analyst
We are seeking a Senior T&E Analyst to join our Procure to Pay (P2P) team. This role requires an individual with excellent organizational and communication skills. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, has strong attention to detail, and desire to improve processes. In this role, you will be collaborating with various business partners daily to process expense reports, monitor and report on compliance with travel and expense policies, oversee the corporate card program, assist with global P2P communications, and manage ad-hoc projects. What You’ll Do:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the global T&E program, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Provide regular reporting and ad hoc analysis on T&E spend trends, policy exceptions, and adoption metrics to stakeholders and leadership
Manage system configurations, workflows, and integrations within Navan and Chrome River (Emburse) to support travel booking, expense submission, and reimbursement processes
Administer the corporate card program, including card issuance, limits, fraud monitoring, and monthly reconciliation in coordination with Accounting
Own and maintain all internal FAQs and help articles for travel and expenses
Assist with providing recommendations on the T&E policy and assist with change management as new policy guidelines are implemented
Partner with business owners and/or FP&A team for budget information
Support internal and external audit requests as needed
Take ownership of various project objectives as assigned by AP management
What We’re Looking For:
BA/BS degree in Accounting preferred; Finance, Business or similar accepted
5+ years travel and expense processing experience
Strong understanding of T&E best practices, policy development, and audit requirements
Experience with Navan and Chrome River (Emburse) preferred
Experience with corporate card program management
Proficiency in Excel and MS Office required
Understanding of General Ledger accounting preferred
Public company and SOX 404 experience preferred
Excellent customer service mindset
Ability to think outside the box, work independently with minimal supervision, be a team player, and be willing to contribute beyond the defined role to meet business needs as circumstances require
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively to deliver results, and meet expectations in a fast-paced environment
Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest solutions for implementation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail; excellent reconciliation skills
Internally motivated to seek out answers and ability to generate ideas and learn quickly in a high growth company
Strong written and oral communication skills
