At Webflow, our mission is to bring development superpowers to everyone. Webflow is the leading visual development platform for building powerful websites without writing code. By combining modern web development technologies into one platform, Webflow enables people to build websites visually, saving engineering time, while clean code seamlessly generates in the background. From independent designers and creative agencies to Fortune 500 companies, millions worldwide use Webflow to be more nimble, creative, and collaborative. It’s the web, made better.

We are seeking a Senior Staff Product Designer to join our team and shape how our customers and their businesses discover, use and grow with Webflow in an AI-driven landscape. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of launching user-centric products, operating at both strategic and tactical levels, and driving alignment across cross-functional teams and product areas. This person should be equally comfortable defining long-term vision and sweating the details of design execution, and excel at distilling complex, technical concepts into simple and highly crafted experiences.

  • Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate innovative concepts to validate hypotheses, clarify strategic directions, build team alignment, and maintain momentum towards delivering exceptional, user-centered experiences.

  • Elevate the overall quality, consistency, and trustworthiness of Webflow’s platform by establishing and expanding design standards, mentoring fellow designers, and continuously evolving Webflow’s design systems and user experience practices.

  • Act as an influential thought leader, internally and externally, informed by qualitative and quantitative user research, developments in AI technologies and tooling, and competitor strategies.

In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role.

About you:
