We seek a self-motivated Senior Solution Consultant – Consolidations to join our EMEA team with a focus on the German speaking market. This role involves supporting opportunities related to Anaplan’s latest acquisition of Fluence (Statutory & Management Consolidation) across the entire German Speaking region.

Your Impact:

  • Engaging with targeted, large enterprise prospects to identify broken business processes and problems. Ascertaining and explaining Fluence’s outstanding ability to solve them.

  • Developing Statutory & Management Consolidation and Disclosure Management solutions, demos, and messaging.

  • Building Proof of Concept models that are tailored to solve prospects’ problems.

  • Navigating sophisticated prospect environments to facilitate the adoption of the Anaplan solution.

  • Cross-training teammates on solution expertise.

  • Creating product awareness in the marketplace.

Your Qualifications:

  • BS/ MS/ MA/ MBA in Accounting, Finance or equivalent

  • Good understanding and appreciation of Statutory consolidation requirements (IFRS/HGB/FER/GAAP) across different countries within the DACH Region

  • 10+ years of experience in Presales or implementation of statutory or management consolidation solutions on any of the key technologies, including but not limited to Hyperion, Cognos Controller, SAP BPC, Onestream, Tagetik, etc.

  • Ideally hands-on experience within the Accounting department of a large multinational

  • Experience with multi-dimensional modelling, business intelligence, EPM, or analytics would be a plus.

  • Aptitude for quickly ramping up on new technology

  • Excellent presentation, client relationship, and interpersonal skills- both internally and externally

  • German C1(CEFR)

  • Willingness to travel

Preferred skills and technical familiarity:

  • Growth mentality

  • You’re comfortable challenging old ways of doing things

  • Ability to take a consultative selling approach by listening to customer needs and shaping a shared vision for a solution.
