About the Team

The Customer Solutions team works directly with our customers across the entire customer journey, from the initial discovery process through implementation to renewal and expansion.  Our team comprises product, process, and strategy experts, including customer service, customer success, customer education, and customer support.

The Professional Services (PS) team in India plays a critical role in delivering Clari’s revenue platform to customers across the EMEA and US region. Built from the ground up, the team is composed of solution consultants, onboarding specialists, and implementation experts who work in close partnership with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and customer success. Our team brings deep product expertise and a consultative approach to ensure seamless onboarding, tailored solutions, and high-impact outcomes for our customers. With strong process rigor, domain knowledge, and a commitment to customer success, the India PS team has become a trusted extension of Clari’s global services organization—helping customers realize value faster and supporting Clari’s mission to drive revenue precision at scale.

About the Role

As a Solution Consultant at Clari, you will play a critical role in the end-to-end onboarding and optimization of the Clari platform for our global customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Support, and Engineering to ensure a seamless implementation experience—from discovery to go-live and post-launch enablement. You will take ownership of the technical onboarding process, aligning Clari’s capabilities with customer business goals, while also supporting backend configurations and data operations. This includes managing technical escalations, running data migrations and driving continuous improvement through automation and tooling. Experience with Ruby or similar scripting languages is a plus but not mandatory. This is a high-impact role requiring strong problem-solving skills, technical acumen, and a customer-first approach.

This is a fully remote opportunity and can be worked from any location in India. Candidates must be based in India and be able to travel to the office in Bengaluru, India as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding of new customers - implementation, configuration, testing, and go-live support.

  • Configure the Clari platform using available tools and customization options to align with customer use cases post go-live

  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Engineering, and Support teams to ensure customers are set up for long-term successManage and resolve project-related issues, scope changes, and escalations, ensuring smooth implementations

  • Run and manage technical migrations and backend configurations; familiarity with scripting (e.g., Ruby) is a bonus

  • Troubleshoot escalations and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively

  • Contribute to building internal tools and automation to improve service delivery

  • Document and refine best practices to scale onboarding and configuration processes

  • Work in the 4 PM to 1 AM IST shift to align with US customer engagement and internal collaboration

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in configuring and implementing SaaS platforms, application configuration, technical implementation, or development, with strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com basics, including Salesforce objects and functional workflows

  • Hands-on experience with JSON, MongoDB, and structured data transformations

  • Experience with Ruby scripting for ETL processes such as data extraction, migrations, and backend automation is a plus, but not mandatory

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Security, Product, and Engineering teams

  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues, project risks, and escalations

  • Passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience, with a customer-first mindset

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure
