About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused Senior Solutions Architect to join our Cybersecurity Sales Engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales of our Managed Security Services (MSS) and Professional Security Services, with a strong focus on solutions built around the Microsoft Security Suite (Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, Purview, Entra, etc.).
As a trusted technical advisor, you will engage with enterprise customers and prospects, translating complex security needs into tailored, scalable solutions. You will work closely with sales, delivery, product, and engineering teams to shape opportunities and secure wins.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with sales executives to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
Design and present custom Microsoft-centric security architectures, covering solutions like:
Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Identity, Cloud Apps, and Office 365
Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM/SOAR)
Microsoft Purview (Compliance & DLP)
Microsoft Entra (Identity & Access Management)
Develop a deep understanding of our cybersecurity professional services portfolio (e.g., penetration testing, security assessments, incident response, compliance audits) and managed security services offerings (threat monitoring, vulnerability management, SIEM & EndPoint).
Conduct client meetings and presentations to demonstrate the value of our services.
Understand client security challenges and translate them into technical requirements.
Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations that address client needs and highlight the benefits of our services.
Respond to technical inquiries, RFPs, and RFIs in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., security analysts, consultants, engineers) to design and deliver customized solutions.
Deliver Workshops with prospects to help develop/identify new PS or MS based opportunities.
Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Deep hands-on expertise in the Microsoft Security Suite: Defender, Sentinel, Purview, Entra, etc.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in a sales engineering or pre-sales role, with a focus on cybersecurity solutions.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001), and technologies.
Familiarity with various security tools and technologies (e.g., firewalls, intrusion detection systems, endpoint security, SIEM).
Experience with cloud security and managed security services is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert (SC-100)
Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate (SC-200)
Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator (SC-300)
CISSP, CISM, or similar is a plus.
Experience in a consulting or professional services organization
