Senior Salesforce Administrator
AffiniPay is in search of a Salesforce Administrator to own the configuration, design and functionality of our Salesforce.com platform that is used across the entire organization from sales, marketing, and operations. As the Salesforce Administrator, you are not only Salesforce certified, but you are very well versed in the various integration configurations via APIs within the platform. You are an extremely collaborative individual with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals. You are a creative problem solver, and have a passion for going above and beyond your customers’ expectations.
What You'll Do
Responsible for configuration, design, functionality and end-user support of the Salesforce.com platform
Configure Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Settings to support our user base of 300+ users
Work with other SFDC administrators/developers to configure and maintain best practice architecture, custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, formulas, data validation rules, flows, approval processes, installed packages, etc. within Salesforce and integrated systems.
Manage/Support/Implement the integration of applications connected to Salesforce, including but not limited to Marketo, Intercom, Zuora, Zoom, Outreach, Gong, OKTA etc.
Maintain overall Salesforce system health/configuration in development, QA, UAT and production environments
Manage multiple competing priorities through effective organization and communication
Provide end-user support and training to ensure effective use of the platform
Document processes, best practices, and solutions for both technical and non-technical users.
About You
Salesforce Administrator Certification (Required) / Advanced Administrator (Preferred)
2+ years of solid hands-on experience in Salesforce administration
Experience in Salesforce Lightning UI Design
Strong understanding of API / Integration configurations through installed managed packages and middleware applications like Workato or Zapier
Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating solutions, and/or deploying solutions to end users
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
Understanding of and experience with Salesforce architecture and API
A bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience
Proficient in English
