Job Overview

Coursera is seeking a Senior Sales Systems Analyst who will be responsible for bringing deep, hands-on experience to help maintain and enhance our salesforce instance, sales processes including CPQ. As part of the enterprise systems team, this role will directly impact performance and effectiveness of our pre and post sales processes by partnering with cross functional teams. As a salesforce architect, you will be responsible to provide end to end solutions using strong business and technical acumen. The overall goal and opportunity is to bring architectural and engineering maturity to our business systems. This role will require working across India, EMEA and US timezones. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with some overlap between India and US working hours.

Responsibilities

  • Lead functional and technical workshops with business stakeholders to identify and define requirements, deliverables and expectations. 

  • Lead Salesforce architecture design for sales, CPQ processes and instruct the solution framework to the salesforce development team ensuring best architectural  practices.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation and artifacts. 

  • Experience working with cross functional teams such as Sales, Strategy and IT.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert to answer questions, troubleshoot issues, provide data, and resolve problems around sales processes.

  • Participate in backlog grooming and prioritization sessions, helping to prioritize user stories based on business needs, technical complexities and dependencies.

Basic Qualifications

  • Over 6 years of experience with Salesforce architecture with focus on salesforce flows and Sales processes.

  • Extensive experience with Salesforce platform, including configuration (flows, custom objects, validations, metadata), reports & dashboards and preferably apex, visualforce, Lightning web components.

  • Salesforce certified application architect.

  • Strong project management experience and organizational skills with a history of leading and delivering complex initiatives independently

  • Experience communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives

  • Demonstrated strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce CPQ Specialist certificate

  • Experience on other GTM tooling (Netsuite, Gong, Clari etc)

  • Experience working in Agile methodologies and using tools such as Jira/ ServiceNow
