Responsibilities
Own the full-cycle recruitment process for high-impact sales and GTM roles, ensuring a seamless hiring experience with a strong emphasis on DEI initiatives.
Strategize with hiring teams to craft compelling talent attraction methods that bring in top-performing sales professionals.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand the nuances of sales roles and tailor recruitment strategies for maximum success.
Proactively build and maintain a high-quality talent pipeline, keeping top sales candidates engaged for current and future opportunities.
Deliver market intelligence by providing insights into industry trends, competitor hiring strategies, and sales talent movement.
Leverage data-driven recruitment, maintaining accuracy in the ATS and providing regular reports to optimize hiring performance.
Drive continuous enhancements to recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in identifying and securing top-tier sales talent.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition focused on sales recruiting for SaaS-based security solutions, with a proven track record of hiring high-performing sales professionals.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or equivalent recruitment experience in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments.
Expert proficiency in ATS and sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM platforms, and competitive intelligence tools used in cybersecurity recruiting.
Deep understanding of the cybersecurity sales market, including regional hiring trends, emerging technologies, compensation benchmarks, and competitor landscape.
Deep connections within cybersecurity communities, leveraging industry networks to source and engage high-performing sales candidates.
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills, managing multiple high-priority requisitions while collaborating with hiring managers and leadership.
Exceptional communication skills in English (written and verbal) to engage top-tier sales talent and influence hiring decisions.
Flexibility across time zones, working seamlessly with global teams and sales leaders to drive hiring success.
