Our flagship office is in Sydney, Australia, but we've made our way from down under, to a campus in Austin, Texas which is now home to our US operations. You have choice in where and how you work, we trust our Canvanauts to choose the balance that empowers them and their team to achieve their goals.

 

What you’d be doing in this role

As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.

Right now, your focus will be to:

  • Act as a strategic partner to APJ Sales leadership, supporting regional productivity, performance management, and GTM evolution.

  • Drive forecasting cadence and performance analytics to improve forecast accuracy and funnel health.

  • Diagnose sales performance trends across markets and sub-regions, surfacing insights to inform coverage, enablement, and investment decisions.

  • Support territory, segmentation, and account assignment strategies, accounting for market maturity, partner presence, and whitespace opportunities.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Channel, Partnerships, Marketing, and Enablement to support GTM shifts and regional localisation.

  • Improve CRM hygiene and data enrichment, enabling better visibility and decision-making across sales and partner motions.

  • Lead annual planning inputs across headcount, productivity, account coverage, and regional carve logic.

  • Balance day-to-day execution with strategic thinking, helping Sales leadership challenge the status quo and evolve our routes to market.

 

You're probably a match if

  • You have 5–7 years experience in Sales Ops, Strategy, BizOps, or similar — ideally in SaaS with a regional GTM structure

  • You bring hands-on experience supporting APJ go-to-market teams, with a strong understanding of the nuances across ANZ, SEA, Japan, and Korea.

  • You understand how partner and channel sales models intersect with direct sales, and can navigate both confidently.

  • You have strong analytical fluency — you're comfortable working in Excel or Google Sheets, and SQL is a plus.

  • You communicate clearly and with structure, synthesizing complex problems and driving alignment across teams.

  • You thrive in cross-cultural, cross-time zone environments, and are comfortable with ambiguity — with a bias toward action, learning, and iteration.

  • You combine strategic thinking with the humility to roll up your sleeves and make things happen.

 

About the team

We’re building a high-impact Sales Operations team that acts as strategic co-pilots to our regional Sales leaders. As Canva scales, we’re evolving toward a more embedded Field Ops model — one where Sales Ops is fully integrated into the rhythm of the business, partnering closely with Sales to drive execution, uncover insights, and continually refine our go-to-market approach.

This role is aligned to the APJ Sales team and will play a critical role in helping us navigate the complexity of diverse markets, partner-led motions, and region-specific GTM models across the region.
