Degreed is seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Director to drive growth and accelerate new logo acquisition in a defined EMEA territory. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you’ll build and execute a comprehensive sales plan to develop the market, generate pipeline, and close deals. You’ll report directly to the RVP of EMEA and collaborate closely with high-performing teams across Alliances and Partnerships, Global Business Solutions, Client Success, and Field Marketing.

  • Analyze macro trends to uncover and act on new opportunities

  • Collaborate with go-to-market teams to align on messaging and best practices

  • Deeply understand client needs and become a customer-obsessed problem solver

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through the buying journey

  • Remain calm and consistent under pressure while delivering strong results

  • Bring big-picture thinking and communicate strategy in a compelling way

  • Continuously seek growth through learning, feedback, and experimentation

  • Effectively engage with stakeholders across organizations, adapting your message to their needs
