We’re Looking For a hands-on, technically inclined compliance professional who is passionate about emerging technologies and innovative financial solutions. In this role, you’ll be deeply embedded within our product teams, working side by side to anticipate regulatory challenges, lead compliance strategies, and support the development of cutting-edge financial products.
What You'll Be Doing:
Collaborate with teams to analyze and monitor regulatory demands in the financial and payments sectors.
Participate in and follow regulatory discussions, including topics such as Zetta and the evolving payments landscape.
Conduct in-depth regulatory analysis on topics relevant to the financial sector.
Ensure compliance in the development of new products and features, providing strategic input on regulatory matters.
Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, ensuring business teams are up to date on compliance programs.
Work cross-functionally with teams from Product, Technology, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Engineering, and Project Management to drive regulatory initiatives forward.
What You Need To Succeed:
A university degree in a related field and a strong passion for financial regulation.
Experience in Payment Institutions, financial institutions, and Type 3 conglomerates.
Fluency in Portuguese and advanced English, enabling you to navigate international regulatory environments with ease.
Strong technical knowledge, allowing you to effectively bridge compliance, technology, and innovation.
Experience with COSIF standards applicable to Type 3 conglomerates is required.
Experience applying artificial intelligence to compliance workflows.
Having participated in the authorization processes of financial institutions is a plus (but not mandatory).
