The Role:

Our recruiting function is growing and we’re seeking a Senior Recruiter with a passion for building high-performing teams and a strong track record of success in high-growth tech environments. In this role, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of critical functions—including Engineering, People, Finance/Accounting, and Operations. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.

We’re in hyper-growth mode and this is an amazing opportunity to join an early-stage startup and play an integral role in our trajectory by identifying, engaging, and closing the best talent for Monarch.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, People, Finance/Accounting, and Operations teams: from intake to offer negotiation and close.

  • Partner with hiring managers across G&A/Engineering org functions to understand hiring needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and provide guidance on talent acquisition best practices. 

  • Own sourcing efforts, proactively identifying and engaging top talent through Linkedin and other channels. 

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of recruiting best practices and identify ways to enhance and improve our hiring process.

  • Use data and insights to inform decisions, track progress, and continuously optimize the recruiting process.

What You’ll Bring: 

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record in hiring for G&A and Engineering roles within high-growth environments 

  • Advanced sourcing skills and experience building talent pipelines for niche or hard-to-fill roles.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. 

  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on process improvement and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. 

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

  • Experience with ATS tools (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).

  • Familiarity with DEI recruiting best practices.

Typical Process (May vary depending on role):

  • Hiring Manager Video Call

  • Head of People Interview

  • Virtual “onsite” round consisting of 2-4 rounds

  • Reference Checks
