Senior Project Manager

You are a seasoned Senior Project Manager with a strong track record of overseeing multiple concurrent, client-facing projects. You excel at driving initiatives from initiation to completion across diverse domains including Field Services, Modern Data Center, Networking, Security, and Cloud/AI practices. You are a trusted advisor who champions client satisfaction and ensures business value is delivered consistently.
About The Role
As part of our Program and Project Management team, you will lead projects that span various technical practices. You will be responsible for ensuring that each project is delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Your role is pivotal in maintaining high standards of execution while fostering strong client relationships and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Other responsibilities include:
Lead and deliver multiple complex projects across various technology practices, managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality from kickoff to close
Serve as the primary client point of contact, aligning expectations, maintaining transparent communication, and ensuring a seamless client experience
Coordinate cross‑functional teams, providing direction and motivation to achieve project goals
Prepare comprehensive project plans, status reports, and financial forecasts; proactively address changes and challenges
Manage project financials, including revenue, costs, and margins, to meet or exceed profitability targets
Uphold and refine project management standards, including risk assessment, communications, and change control
Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes
Complete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies to the requirements section
Identify and escalate security risks to the appropriate Executive Leadership Team member and actively contribute to remediation efforts
Other duties as assigned
Desired skills and experience:
PMP certification (active and listed in the PMI registry) is a must; PRINCE2 or Agile certifications are a plus
8+ years of proven project management experience delivering multiple client‑facing technical projects, including high‑volume coordination and scheduling
Demonstrated success managing projects across Field Services, Data Center, Networking, Security, and Cloud/AI practices
Strong written and verbal communication skills and a professional, diplomatic approach to client relationships
Experience with data center technologies (structured cabling, rack/stack, patching), cloud migrations, and hybrid cloud strategies preferred
Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Netsuite, and SharePoint
Ability to lead diverse teams, manage financials, and effectively handle client expectations
Bachelor’s or master’s degree. Information technology systems or computer science degree is a plus.
Mid-Large scale cloud migrations and experience with deploying hybrid cloud strategies
Understanding and/or knowledge of Firewall, Endpoint Security, Identity Access Management (IAM)
CISSP and/or CISM certs preferred
Must be based in the United States.

Pursuant to the NYC Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range in New York City for this position is $120,000- $140,000, plus opportunities for bonus and/or commission. Compensation in other geographies may vary.
